What do i do?
Ok here's the situation:
3 months ago in March, I requested an account name change for my account because i didn't have access to the email i was using currently with the account. A month later after that, the email still didnt change, I havent been on guild wars since. So i requested that change 3 months ago...so today i finally come back to guild wars but I forgot my password. And i cant reset the password because i can't get in my email. And im assuming the email still hasn't changed. Is there anyway to get my account back? I did send them a support ticket 1 month ago, but knowing them, they didn't respond to my email. So i really want to get my account back and i dont know what to do. |

My understanding of the process was that it send an email to both emails to request the change. And I dont think you need access to the email your account is tied to, you just need to know the original account name and the password, of course I could be wrong about that, but it's worth a shot, right?
Ah, nevermind. You forgot your password. Forget what I just said, then. Your best shot is to try to get ahold of Anet again. They will probably ask for the access key that you used to make your account ( if you still have it) to reset your info.
